In this audit, a written general non-conforming item was issued. At the same time, suggestions for improvement were also put forward in terms of customer satisfaction evaluation method, order review, effectiveness verification of measures in customer complaint rectification, process non-conforming treatment, equipment maintenance records, customer property, batch control, etc. The company required all responsible departments to rectify the general non conformity items and suggested improvement items found in this audit immediately, and all departments actively cooperated with the quality control department to complete the rectification within 10 days, so as to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the system.
